Close to airport, free prompt shuttle, and only a 5 min walk from several restaurants. Benny at front desk was helpful and personable. There was a good breakfast, excellent coffee and they had paper cups , no styrofoam which is super unhealthy to drink from esp with hot beverages which melt the plastic so you have to ingest it.

The location of the hotel is close to the airport so excellent for us. However, our flight arrived at 11pm and the hotel’s regular shuttle service was finished, so we were pleased and impressed that the hotel staff (Angela) kindly came to pick us up, and the following morning her colleague (Jesus) went the extra mile to help us back to the airport. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and close to the elevator.

Checking in was a breeze. The girl, I don't remember her name, at the front desk was very accommodating & polite. We felt very welcomed from the get go. I also would like to mention Angela, the night shift girl. My sister & I are early birds, so we'd come down for coffee when she was putting it out. Angela made us feel very happy to be there....she gave us advice on different things to do and see while on our 2 day stay in Tucson. Very friendly & so easy to talk to......even that early in the morning!!🙂

We left very early to avail of the breakfast. The check in staff was not very welcoming, very dry, no pleasantries, no extra information of where things are. Lori the night staff at check out was very nice and prepared the coffee machine for us. The room was nice and bed comfortable.

I loved the affordable price and the staff was friendly. I loved the breakfast! It comes with a waffle maker and can make waffles. Lots of options for breakfast. Great for the price, not fancy but it’s also on the more affordable side.

Breakfast was simple, but met our needs. They served waffles, eggs, coffee, sausage or hamburgers and toppings. the seating area in front of the buffet was small, but there is a separate room.

The room was very clean and very nice. There was a King Bed, which we hadn't expected, and the room was ten dollars less than we had expected. Ben, who was on the desk when we arrived was very polite and very kind. He thanked me for my service, as I am a Veteran. The purpose if my travel was a Monday morning appointment at the Tucson Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care Center. I live in Whetstone/Huachuca City, but we were traveling from Douglas. It is so much easier to stay overnight in Tucson rather than to leave early on the morning of the appointment. We will continue to stay at the Baymont when we are visiting any destination in Tucson.
